Job Details

Roles & Responsibilities:Carryout accurate and efficient Material Quantity Take-Off for all items in accordance with the Contract and its specified Method of Measurement, utilizing the companies specified software. Provide professional and presentable MQTO reports. Carryout and assess subcontractor’s variations Carryout and assess material take-off for Subcontractors / Suppliers as applicable. Assess contract documents and identify any modifications to the contract documents. Perform the quantification and preparation of variations. Prepare of variations logs, reports and records. Support in identifying any wastage of the materials. Assess and Approve IPC’s for the suppliers and subcontractors. Support with Subcontractors / Suppliers issues. Carry out any/all tasks assigned that are related to work nature or job duties. Provide and maintain monthly reports and logs as necessary. Delegate work to Junior QS and make sure of accurate and efficient deliverables are produced. Perform other assignments as necessary to support the function/department Ensure working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, risk assessment and environmental aspects.
MINIMUN QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:BSC in Mechanical Engineering - Industrial and MEP works
Minimum of 5-7 years of postgraduate experience in a related field Very Good command of English language Microsoft office Auto Cad
