IMMEDIATE HIRING: Procurement Coordinator - Hospitality OS&E | Pre-Opening Hotels

Your Role Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers and conduct cost comparisons Review Proforma invoices and ensure budget compliance Source products and explore new suppliers/markets Coordinate with suppliers and prepare technical/commercial quotation data Manage submittal approvals, purchase orders, and material schedules Ensure timely procurement and delivery aligned with project deadlines Oversee material specification and approval processes
What You Need Bachelor's Degree in relevant field1-2 years of procurement/foreign purchasing experience Fluent in English Advanced MS Excel skills Strong negotiation and attention to detail Excellent deadline and priority management Preferably residing in or near 6th of October City
Compensation Package Monthly Salary: EGP 13,000 - 15,000 NET (based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise)
