Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agent based in Markaz Sohag, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Agent will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering suitable financial and insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include generating leads, presenting products and services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications
Sales and Marketing skills, including the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and meet sales targets Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively Problem-Solving and Listening skills, as well as the ability to assess and fulfill customer needs Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently Proficiency in digital tools and software relevant to sales and customer management Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Self-motivation and a results-driven approach to meet and exceed targets
