Role Description This part-time role as an Administrative Assistant is a fully remote position. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing files, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. The role also entails ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy in clerical work.
Qualifications Proven proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and organization capabilities Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a remote work environment Familiarity with virtual meeting tools and scheduling software Prior experience in technology or IT-related industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in office administration is advantageous
