Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader-Real Estate located in Giza. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of real estate professionals, managing daily operations, and ensuring the team meets sales and performance targets. Additional responsibilities include facilitating effective communication, supporting brokerage activities, and providing strategic leadership in the commercial real estate domain. The role requires a proactive approach to managing client relationships and enhancing team productivity.
Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and fostering client relationships Proficiency in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate practices Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership with a record of driving team success Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve performance goals Strategic problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in the real estate market, particularly in the Giza region, is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
