Sales Director
Job Summary:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree- Proven experience (10+ years) as a sales Manager in real estate developments.- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property sales, and legal regulations.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
