Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ain Sokhna for a Chinese Translator at TEDA SUEZ. The Translator will be responsible for translating documents, correspondence, and reports accurately between Chinese and Arabic or English. Daily tasks also include providing verbal interpretation during meetings and events, ensuring clear communication between diverse groups. The role requires collaboration with teams to facilitate smooth business operations and addressing language barriers effectively in a professional setting.
Qualifications Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and proficiency in Arabic and/or English, both written and spoken Experience in translation and interpretation across business and professional contexts Attention to detail and accuracy in translating written documents Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt communication styles appropriately Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and meet deadlines Prior experience in economic or trade cooperation projects is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field Familiarity with the business and investment sectors in Egypt and China is a plus
