About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and support high-volume hiring operations within the catering & hospitality sector.
This role is not for routine HR—we need someone who can move fast, hire smart, and deliver consistently.

Location: 6th of October City, Giza

Key Responsibilities
* Full Cycle Management: Handle everything from sourcing and screening to final hiring.
* Mass Hiring: Manage large-scale recruitment for operational roles (Waiters, Stewards, Kitchen Staff, etc.).
* Creative Sourcing: Use multiple channels like Facebook groups, referrals, and job boards to find the right talent.
* Coordination: Conduct interviews and work closely with site managers to meet their needs.
* Results-Driven: Ensure a fast turnaround and a high success rate in all hiring activities.
* Data Accuracy: Maintain clear recruitment records and provide regular reports.

Requirements
* Experience:1–3 years in recruitment (hospitality or catering background is a big plus).
* Blue-Collar Expertise: Strong experience in hiring operational and field staff.
* Under Pressure: Ability to stay organized and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication: Excellent coordination and people skills.
* Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and focused on getting the job done.
