Department: IT / Consulting Microsoft dynamics 365 CRM
Key Responsibilities:• Provide functional and technical support for the live Dynamics 365 CRM system.• Customize and configure CRM modules, workflows, and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.• Collaborate with ERP and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between CRM and other systems (e.g., Finance, Operations).• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.• Conduct user training, create documentation, and support onboarding of new users.• Monitor system performance and manage updates, patches, and enhancements.• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the CRM system.• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.• Support reporting and analytics using Power BI and other tools.• Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM features and best practices. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.• 5–7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a support or consulting role.• Strong knowledge of CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service.• Experience working with live ERP environments Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, CRM Functional Consultant) are a plus.• Understanding of data migration, integration, and system architecture• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
