Job Details

  • Conduct interviews and selection cycle, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person and panel interviews.
  • Prepare and launch internal job posting announcements according to the company’s relevant criteria while considering the alignment of approvals.
  • Conduct exit interviews and discuss with the direct manager to assess overall employee experience and identify retention and engagement opportunities.
  • Finalize Talent acquisition relevant documents, considering the alignment of procedures and approvals
  • Sources candidates, manage workforce demands and develops networks . 
  • Participate in designing and developing the annual manpower plan that determines the current and forecast staffing needs.
