Role Description: The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company objectives. The role also involves creating detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and communicating updates with stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must. A PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage. Minimum +10 years of experience in pharmacutical industry. Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Strong organizational and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive project success. Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges and ensure Consistency. Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks within the pharmaceutical sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
