We are currently seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join our industrial team in Sadat City.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance team to ensure smooth plant operations. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Monitor equipment performance and ensure minimum downtime. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to optimize efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance systems. Good command of English (written and spoken).
