A leading real estate company is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead its sales operations and drive revenue growth in the Red Sea market.
This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to lead teams, close deals, and scale performance in a competitive real estate environment.
???? ???????????? ???????????????? ???????????????? ????????????????????????????You will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, driving targets, and expanding market presence in one of Egypt’s most dynamic real estate markets.
???? ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.- Lead, train, and manage the sales team.- Set monthly targets and monitor team performance.- Manage the full sales cycle (from leads to closing deals).- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and launches.- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.- Ensure proper handling of sales documentation (contracts, reservations, payments).- Analyze market trends and competitors to enhance performance.
✅ ????????????????????????????????????????????????- 7+ years of experience in real estate sales.- Strong knowledge of the Red Sea / Hurghada market is preferred.- Proven leadership and team management experience.- Excellent command of English.- Strong target orientation and closing ability.
