Role Description
As a Total Rewards Executive Partner, you will oversee and implement compensation, benefits, and reward strategies to attract and retain top talent. This full-time role involves analyzing compensation data, developing reward systems, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and providing guidance to HR and leadership teams. You will also play a key role in optimizing employee engagement through innovative reward programs. This is an on-site position based in Giza.
Qualifications
A minimum of solid 4-6 years of experience as a total rewards veteran. Strong skills in compensation strategy, benefits Planning, and implementing total rewards programs. Analytical expertise with proficiency in data analysis, market benchmarking, and budget management. Familiarity with compliance, labor laws, and regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams and leadership. Proven adaptability, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
