((Job Summary))
We are seeking a Toll Operation Officer (Toll In) to manage outsourced manufacturing operations with third-party factories, ensuring smooth execution from order placement to final product delivery.

((Key Responsibilities))

1-Handle toll in operations with external manufacturers
2-Coordinate production plans with factories and internal teams
3-Follow up on raw material availability and delivery schedules
4-Monitor production progress and ensure timelines are met
5-Ensure compliance with quality standards and company requirements
6-Coordinate with QA, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams
Handle documentation related to toll manufacturing processes

((Requirements))

1-Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field
2-2–4 years of experience in toll manufacturing / operations (preferably in cosmeceutical or pharma industry)
