Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Design & Construction Account Manager. The role involves managing client accounts, coordinating with design and construction teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring effective client communication. The Account Manager will also monitor project progress, address client concerns, assist in budget management, and ensure all deliverables meet customer expectations.
Qualifications Strong client communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills Proven experience in Project Coordination, Client Management, or Account Management. Strong understanding of architectural design and execution processes. Experience with budget control and overall project timelines. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management tools and architectural coordination workflows Conduct market research on target industries, clients, and competitors. Assist in generating and qualifying leads through online platforms, databases, and networking. Draft and support initial outreach emails, Linked In messages, and follow-ups. Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation. Proven ability to coordinate with internal teams (design, technical, execution, and FF&E) and external consultants Strong capability to monitor and control timelines for both design phase and finishing / execution phase, ensuring on-time project delivery A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field is a must.
