Role Description The Supervision Manager will oversee consultant activities to ensure projects are executed according to specifications, timelines, and budgets. Key responsibilities include managing the daily site operations, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and resolving any operational challenges that may arise. The role demands a proactive approach to ensure seamless project execution, team collaboration, and high-quality results.
Qualifications Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination skills to effectively manage consultant projects and cross-discipline collaborations Proficiency in consultant supervision techniques, quality assurance processes, and safety regulations Familiarity with architectural, structural, and electro-mechanical systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members Proficiency with relevant software tools, such as Auto CAD, Revit, or project management platforms, is an advantage Educational background in Engineering, Architecture, civil. Experience in large-scale or high-profile construction projects is considered a plus Near to 10th of Ramdan city. Have 15 to 20 years of experience in consultant industries.
