Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Markaz Qowesna. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role also includes handling recruitment processes, employee relations, and contributing to a positive workplace culture while supporting the organization's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with applicable labor laws Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Familiarity with HR software systems is an advantage Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
