Role Description Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities Manage relationships with existing overseas clients and distributors Prepare and process export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.) Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies Track shipments and resolve any delivery or customs issues Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with international clients Monitor global market trends and competitor activities Work closely with internal teams (production, finance, supply chain) to fulfill export orders Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in export sales or international business Strong knowledge of export procedures and international shipping regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluency in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
