Role Responsibilities Receive and review MEP purchase requests from projects and technical teams. Prepare RFQs and send them to approved suppliers. Collect and organize supplier quotations. Submit quotations to team for evaluation. Follow up on supplier confirmations and delivery schedules. Coordinate with the warehouse for material receipt and basic quantity checks. Assist in invoice matching and documentation for finance.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant Experience. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Intermediate Data Analysis / Reporting skills Construction expertise ERP system background /knowledge MEP Purchasing expertise
