Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent at our Markaz Sohag location. The Sales Agent will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential customers, identifying their insurance and financial protection needs, and recommending tailored solutions. The role involves building long-term customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall growth of Met Life Egypt’s market presence. The Sales Agent will also participate in training sessions to remain informed about the company’s products and market trends.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure their satisfaction Proven Sales and Insurance experience, with a focus on achieving targets and understanding customer needs Ability to participate in and apply Training to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment located in Markaz Sohag Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
