Mediterraneo Trading & Industries Company is hiring a Production Engineer to join our team.

Location: Gamasa, Ad Daqahliyah
Industry: Coffee Production

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production operations in the coffee processing line.
- Ensure product quality and consistency according to standards.
- Monitor roasting, grinding, and packaging processes.
- Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Agriculture, Science (Relevant Majors).
- +3 years of experience in coffee production.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP is a plus).
- Strong Attention to detail and quality control.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
