Are you a strategic leader who understands the complexity of global trade, manufacturing, and government procurement? We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to bridge the gap between our factory floor and our global customers. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a hybrid team of Indoor and Outdoor sales professionals to drive growth, secure high-value tenders, and ensure operational excellence.[Key Responsibilities]Lead & Mentor: Directly supervise Team Leaders for both Indoor and Outdoor Sales, focusing on career growth and performance optimization. Global Trade & Tender Oversight: Oversee the Import/Export process and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of government tenders, ensuring all documentation aligns with international and local standards. Operational Excellence: Execute production-aligned sales plans to ensure we meet all revenue targets and delivery timelines. Supplier & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage strategic contracts with suppliers to optimize the supply chain and support manufacturing requirements. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key point of contact for the GM regarding market share, margins, and tender success rates. Strategic SOPs: Develop the operational guidelines that govern how our sales team interacts with production, logistics, and procurement bodies.[Required Qualifications]5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Sales with a focus on Import/Export and Government Tendering. Proven experience managing Team Leaders or multidisciplinary sales teams. Deep knowledge of international shipping regulations, trade finance, and public sector submission requirements. Expertise in contracting with suppliers and managing procurement-related negotiations. Strong analytical skills to interpret manufacturing data, sales KPIs, and bid competitiveness.
