• Apply the audit plan to all stages of production.
• Conduct the pen test and ensure the quality of the liquid being tested.
• Use measuring instruments (angle, curvature, thickness, lens, etc.).
• Read the technical drawings and compare them to the manufactured product.
• Prepare a rejection/repair/override notice based on the product's condition.
• Deliver and receive the liquid between batches and document it in the rosary books.
• Follow up on work that has been put on hold due to delays, in coordination with the supervisor.
• Take a sample and quickly record the results for documentation.
• Inspect the glass upon receipt and document its condition.
• Place a HOLD or PASS label based on the pen test results.
• Monitor the glass during the production of special products.
• Verify the judges' operation and ensure there are no specific quality issues.
