About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Office Manager and Chairman’s Escort to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Chairman. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to support executive operations smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support: Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, and logistics.
• Accompany the Chairman to meetings, site visits, events, and official engagements when required.
• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
• Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
• Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and edit reports, correspondence, presentations, and executive documents.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
