Role Description The Guest Experience Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the guest experience department to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, monitoring service quality, and ensuring all processes align with company standards. The role also includes training team members, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of resort services, and assisting in implementing guest experience initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Sharm El Sheikh.

Qualifications Customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively Team leadership and staff management experience, with the ability to train and motivate a team to provide exceptional service Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth day-to-day departmental operations Knowledge of hospitality operations and service excellence standards Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with multilingual skills being an advantage Computer literacy, including experience with property management systems or similar tools Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred Previous experience in guest services or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is a plus
