Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Mansoura. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, visiting clients in the field, promoting company products or services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. The candidate must also have the ability to understand, position, and sell Software-as-a-Service (Saa S) solutions, translating technical product features into clear business value for clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct daily outdoor visits to potential and existing clients in Mansoura. Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads. Promote and sell Saa S solutions and company services to customers. Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, including basic technical demos. Clearly explain Saa S product features, system capabilities, integrations, and subscription models. Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable technical solutions. Collaborate with technical or product teams when deeper technical support is required. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and customer feedback. Educational Qualifications and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). High school diploma with strong relevant experience may be considered. Certifications in Sales, Saa S, or technical training are a plus.
Experience At least 2 years of experience in outdoor or field sales. Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs. Experience in direct client visits and face-to-face selling. Experience selling Saa S, software, or technology solutions is highly preferred.
