Job Purpose:Analyze business requirements and design effective, integrated technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Gather and translate business needs into technical specifications. Design high-level and detailed system solutions. Manage full system lifecycle (analysis, design, testing, deployment). Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors. Lead small projects and ensure system integration. Develop and execute test plans (UAT & system testing). Monitor performance and improve processes. Ensure documentation, compliance, and risk management. Provide user training and technical support.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.3+ years of experience in systems analysis and SDLC. Certifications (CBAP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of databases, ERP systems, and programming. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
