United Elevators is looking for a detail-oriented Planning Specialist to develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS), aligning production capacity, material availability, and customer demand.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and confirmed orders Align production capacity with demand and ensure timely material supply Coordinate with operations, sourcing, and material planning teams to release and update production plans Monitor production progress, take corrective actions to prevent delays or stockouts, and ensure on-time completion Track WIP and inventory levels to avoid overstock or shortages Plan and prioritize production orders for maximum efficiency and minimum delay Prepare and present production performance and schedule adherence reports Report the needed resource or materials to fulfill the production plan

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field3-5 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing Proficiency in MPS/MRP systems and Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Planning experience in production industry is a must

Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMFridays & Saturdays are off Work Location: Badr
