  • About the Role
  • We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and execute integrated marketing strategies that support business growth, strengthen brand presence, and generate qualified leads.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can manage digital marketing campaigns, content strategies, performance analytics, and marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
  •  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  •  Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and growth strategies.
  •  Coordinate marketing initiatives withsales and business development teams
  • Digital Marketing
  •  Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  •  Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Implement SEO and website optimization strategies to improve search visibility.
  •  Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation.
  •  Monitor and optimize conversion funnels and lead generation strategies.
  • Content Marketing
  •  Develop and oversee content strategies, including blogs, social media content, email campaigns, and website content.
  •  Collaborate with designers to create engaging marketing materials and visual content.
  •  Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  •  Create marketing copy for campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials
  • Marketing Analytics & Performance
  •  Track and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, dashboards).
  •  Measure campaign success through KPIs such as CPL, ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
  •  Generate performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  •  Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Lead Generation & CRM
  •  Develop and manage lead generation strategies to support the sales pipeline.
  • Work with CRM systems to manage customer data, segmentation, and follow-up campaigns.
  •  Implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
  • Branding & Communication
  •  Maintain and strengthen brand positioning and brand identity across all marketing activities.
  •  Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and brand voice.
  •  Support corporate communication and PR initiatives when needed.
  • Events & Partnerships
  •  Plan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
  •  Build relationships with strategic partners, media, and external agencies.
  •  Represent the company in marketing and industry events when required.
