Role Description The Receivable Accountant position is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October. The primary responsibilities include managing accounts receivable processes, monitoring and recording incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The accountant will also generate invoices, follow up with clients on outstanding balances, and compile financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with the finance and operations teams to maintain accurate financial records and support the company’s financial objectives.
Qualifications Proficiency in accounting principles, accounts receivable management, and financial reporting Experience with accounting software and financial tools Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and negotiation abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Previous experience in real estate or property management accounting is an advantage Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced work environment Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) Strong knowledge of collections cycle (cash, cheques, bank transfers)Experience in reconciliation with clients and developers
