Job Purpose: To assist the Legal Affairs Manager in managing insurance-related tasks and supporting legal matters, ensuring basic protection of company operations and assets. The role involves handling insurance policies, claims follow-up, and supporting compliance under supervision. Key Responsibilities:Insurance Responsibilities Assist in managing company insurance policies (Property, Fire, Motor, Liability, Employees’ Insurance, etc.). Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers for renewals and updates. Support in reviewing insurance policy terms, conditions, and exclusions. Assist in preparing documentation for insurance claims and follow up until completion. Help assess insurance-related risks in coordination with relevant departments. Legal Support Responsibilities Support the Legal Affairs Manager in insurance-related disputes and claims. Assist in reviewing contracts with insurance clauses. Draft basic legal correspondence and reports related to insurance. Ensure basic compliance with insurance laws and internal policies. Liaise with external legal advisors or consultants when requested. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in legal or insurance-related work. Basic experience in handling insurance policies, claims, or renewals. Familiarity with insurance companies, brokers, and legal procedures is a plus. Skills & Competencies Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and basic analytical skills. Ability to assist in risk assessment and insurance coverage recommendations. Ability to work under supervision and manage multiple small tasks. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Good command of English (written and spoken).
