Role Description Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display advertising. Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.) and create engaging content tailored to FMCG audiences. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and promotional materials. Manage online promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, special offers). Track competitors and market trends in the FMCG and food industry. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure ROI optimization. Handle influencer collaborations and partnerships when needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and email marketing. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools. Creative mindset with strong content creation and copywriting skills. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
