We Are Hiring | Total Rewards Manager

Delta Galil Egypt is currently seeking a qualified Total Rewards Manager to join our HR team.
Reporting to: HR Director
Company : Delta Galil Egypt
Location : Minya - Egypt


Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Compensation & Benefits programs
- Develop salary structures, grading systems, and incentive plans
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
- Ensure internal equity and competitive reward practices
- Manage employee benefits programs
- Support HR leadership in Total Rewards strategy
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in job evaluation and salary benchmarking
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
