Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage marine projects (e.g., ports, offshore structures, dredging, shipbuilding, marine construction). Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with maritime laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Manage procurement of marine equipment, vessels, and materials. Oversee offshore/on-site operations and ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies. Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders. Handle contract management, including claims, variations, and negotiations. Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related field. Professional certification or PMP (preferred).+20 years of experience At least 6 years of proven experience in Marine projects is a must. Stronge background in managing Marine infrastructure works such as ports, jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, or offshore structures. Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Auto CAD). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent English Level.
