Position Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of our pumping systems, while acting as a key point of coordination between customers, suppliers, and headquarters. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a high level of adaptability, with frequent travel to customer sites.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pumping systems and related mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and headquarters to ensure smooth execution of service activities.
• Prepare detailed and accurate service reports for internal use and communication with headquarters and international clients.
• Provide on-site technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Travel to customer locations as required to support service operations.
