  • Lead and supervise end-to-end export operations, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, verification, and execution of all export shipments.
  • Monitoring daily shipment deliveries to customers and creating an export operations dashboard.
  • Oversee container booking, space allocation, shipping schedules, and related documentation with shipping lines and forwarders.
  • Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, export control regulations, customs rules, and country-specific requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping regulations, import country restrictions, and documentation standards.
  • Mitigate risks related to customs clearance delays, document discrepancies, and regulatory non-conformities.
  • Track, measure, and analyze export KPIs: shipping accuracy, on-time export delivery, logistics cost per ton, document accuracy rate, vessel cutoff compliance, clearance lead time, etc.
  • Work closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Finance, and Warehousing to ensure seamless export operations.
  • Provide export controls, documentation accuracy, and customer country requirements.
