  • Lead the development of tablets and capsules formulations (nutraceutical & pharmaceutical)
  • Conduct pre-formulation studies and select appropriate excipients
  • Optimize manufacturing processes including blending, granulation, compression, and encapsulation
  • Scale up formulations from lab to pilot and commercial production
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs teams
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, documentation, and validation requirements
  • Perform and supervise stability studies and product evaluation
  • Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues during development and production
  • Maintain proper documentation (batch records, development reports, SOPs)
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory updates
