  • Plan, supervise, and execute maintenance operations for electrical and control systems in farms and export stations.
  • Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of production and export processes.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and automation/control system issues in agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, and packaging/export facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company standards.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement related to electrical and control systems.
  • Lead and train maintenance staff, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with farm management, production, and export departments to support operational needs.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical/control equipment in farms and export stations.
