Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales role at EHAB CENTER, located in Damanhur. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering product recommendations, driving sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include organizing product displays, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets while contributing to team goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and active listening skills for engaging with customers effectively and addressing their concerns. Customer Service and relationship management skills to deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. Proven experience in Sales and knowledge of sales techniques to meet or exceed targets. Ability to train and mentor staff or team members when needed. Experience in Sales Management and working in a team-oriented retail environment is a plus. High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset. Basic proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with retail or sales software is advantageous. High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
