KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

•     Manage projects and interact with the execution project manager and central project to have a smooth execution of project


•   Facilitate projects management by supporting the Central Project Engineers until final hand-over and payment of accounts


•        Implement  the  mitigation strategies so as to safeguard the company’s  interest and satisfy the client requirements


•     Advise for client requirements and variation orders of the project as per the customer needs and ensure that the contractual requirements are met  


•    Direct project department to protect company interest and maintain customer satisfaction


•   Monitor and follow up variation orders and ensure all necessary documentations are sent on time keeping record for any changes


•    Comply with operational procedures and instructions when performing all job tasks and activities  


•   Communicate customer complaints with Customer services ghlight potential problems in project execution


•   Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions


•     Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks


• Report unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations

Skills

 Qualifications:

•        Engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical or Industrial


•        PMP course


•     2 years Project management relevant experience

Job-Specific Skills:

§  Knowledge of Contract Law

§  Hands-on Project management experience

§  Knowledge of the Company’s products, processes, accreditations, delivery, installation and quality procedures

In depth knowledge of the logistical interactions needed for efficient project management
