Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Night Manager role located in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. As a Night Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of nighttime operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth facility operations during the night shift. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, managing late check-ins and checkouts, and preparing end-of-day reports for senior management.
Qualifications Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively during night shifts. Customer Service: Strong skills in handling guest inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive guest experience. Crisis Management: Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to handle emergency situations efficiently. Administrative Skills: Experience in preparing end-of-day reports, managing schedules, and overseeing check-in/check-out processes. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with staff and guests professionally. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hospitality management systems and basic office software. Flexibility: Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field, along with prior experience in hotel operations, is strongly preferred.
