As we expand, we are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance across all branches.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with LAPESCA’s business goals. Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns (digital, social media, promotions, in-store marketing). Drive sales growth across all café branches and delivery channels. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity. Manage branding, positioning, and consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with operations to launch new products, promotions, and seasonal offers. Lead and supervise the marketing and sales team, setting KPIs and performance targets. Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI on campaigns. Build partnerships, collaborations, and local marketing initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.10 years of Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role, preferably in cafés, restaurants, or FMCG. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand management. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.
