- Oversee daily agricultural operations and ensure efficient farm management.
- Monitor crop growth and provide technical recommendations to enhance yield and quality.
- Manage and optimize irrigation and fertigation systems.
- Conduct soil analysis and recommend suitable fertilizers and treatments.
- Apply best practices in pest and disease control.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, especially for export crops.
- Prepare periodic reports on farm performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to achieve production targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in agriculture or farming operations.Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, fertilizers, and crop management.Familiarity with modern agricultural techniques and sustainable practices.Experience in export-oriented agriculture is a plus.Ability to work in field conditions and handle operational challenges.Good communication and teamwork skills.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
