Job Details


  • Participates in the yearly objectives-setting meeting to discuss and develop the HR and operations directions, strategies, and targets.

  • Responsible for manpower planning regarding all operations recruitment 

  • Responsible for all exit interview collection, validation, and creating the right corrective action regards to turnover and attraction analysis

  • Managing all sites visits and area meetings for offsite/offline, handlining any related conflicts according to business need

  • Ensure cascading any updates/changes from top management to middle management

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels

Skills

What will you need?



  • Educational Background:  

    • University graduate from any disciplines (business, marketing, data sciences, or related field)




·       Experience:


o   0-1 years of experience in the Human Resources field


 


·       Technical Proficiency:




    • Excellent communication skills

    • Excellent analytical skills

    • Excellent understanding of the different job descriptions excellent understands’ of fintech industry

    • Excellent understanding to all HR practices

    • Profound ability to perform high quality staff work with attention to detail.
