- Participates in the yearly objectives-setting meeting to discuss and develop the HR and operations directions, strategies, and targets.
- Responsible for manpower planning regarding all operations recruitment
- Responsible for all exit interview collection, validation, and creating the right corrective action regards to turnover and attraction analysis
- Managing all sites visits and area meetings for offsite/offline, handlining any related conflicts according to business need
- Ensure cascading any updates/changes from top management to middle management
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels

What will you need?
- Educational Background:
- University graduate from any disciplines (business, marketing, data sciences, or related field)
· Experience:
o 0-1 years of experience in the Human Resources field
· Technical Proficiency:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent understanding of the different job descriptions excellent understands’ of fintech industry
- Excellent understanding to all HR practices
- Profound ability to perform high quality staff work with attention to detail.
