Job Details

  • Assist in developing and implementing quality policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Supervise inspection and testing activities to ensure compliance.
  • Review quality reports and analyze data for improvement opportunities.
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Participate in internal and external audit processes.
  • Handle customer complaints and support resolution and prevention.
  • Train staff on quality procedures and standards.
  • Prepare periodic reports for the Quality Manager.
  • Act on behalf of the Quality Manager in their absence
