Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Supervisor, based at the Portsaid Port Police Department. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to ensure staff members are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. Daily responsibilities include analyzing training needs, developing tailored programs, mentoring team members, monitoring progress, and collaborating with department leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals. Supporting staff development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement are key elements of this position.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness. Excellent Communication abilities for delivering presentations, conducting workshops, and collaborating with team members and leadership. Proficiency in Program Development, including designing, implementing, and reviewing training solutions tailored to organizational goals. Experience in Sales and Team Management, with the ability to inspire, guide, and support diverse teams in achieving both individual and team objectives. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of best practices in learning and development methodologies and tools. Proven ability to foster an inclusive and motivating team environment.
