Role Description We are seeking a Senior BIM Interior Designer for a full-time on-site position based in Giza, Egypt. The role involves leading the interior design process through Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and producing high-quality design documentation. The designer will manage project timelines, develop detailed interior space plans, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Providing innovative design solutions and mentoring junior team members are also integral parts of this role.
Qualifications Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and 3D modeling tools Knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and materials selection Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle deadlines and manage multiple projects Attention to detail with skills in quality control and coordination Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including experience working within multidisciplinary teams Proven experience in the architecture or interior design industry, with a portfolio showcasing innovative design projects Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Experience working on complex projects and familiarity with Middle Eastern design standards is a plus
