Seif for Urban Development is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a large-scale luxury palace renovation in Sharm Al Sheikh. This is a high-profile project requiring hands-on site leadership, strong coordination across disciplines, and the ability to deliver to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
The Role You will be responsible for the full on-site management of the renovation — from mobilization through handover — overseeing all architectural, MEP, fit-out, and landscaping works. This is a project-based engagement with strong potential to extend into future projects with our growing portfolio.
What You'll DoLead day-to-day site operations and coordinate all contractors, subcontractors, and consultants Drive MEP coordination across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire systems Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost control to ensure delivery on time and within scope Build and manage a high-performing on-site team Maintain rigorous document control — drawings, submittals, RFIs, variation orders, and all project correspondence Produce and own progress reporting — weekly and monthly reports covering schedule, cost, quality, and risk Maintain the quality standards expected of a luxury palace-grade project
What We're Looking For10+ years of project management experience in construction Proven track record on palace, luxury villa, or high-end hospitality renovations Strong MEP coordination experience across complex multi-discipline projects Excellent cost control and budget management skills Solid document control — version control, drawing registers, site instructions, contract correspondence Experience producing structured progress reports for ownership and senior stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large on-site teams Fully bilingual in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) Based in or willing to relocate to Sharm Al Sheikh for the project duration
