Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Markaz Sohag for an Insurance Sales Specialist. The Insurance Sales Specialist will engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored insurance products. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, executing sales strategies, and maintaining updated knowledge of insurance products and policies. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to meet sales goals and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of Insurance products Experience or knowledge in Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet or exceed sales targets Adaptability and a deep understanding of relevant regulations in the insurance industry Fluency in local language(s) and proficiency in English is preferred Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
